This is Lahnah's last album as a Brattleboro based band. Thanks to all of our Vermont friends for the endless support and enthusiasm, we love and miss you all!

These are songs about:
the shackles of shame, the parasitic nature of humanity, idol worship, being a negative creep in a town ripe with indigo children, psychosis on the scale with love, early onset elderliness, warm love feeling during global hysteria and tragedy, chronic sleep paralysis, our friend Michelle who passed away, and the casual use of clinical words as adjectives.
